one of the best hotels I got through Booking.com in all these years. Location -very central, close to a number of restaurants n bars, transport easily available to any part of the city, very comfortable beds, writing desk with a easy access to sockets for mobiles/laptops etc, very good and hot breakfasts with plenty of fresh fruits. Over all +++ for this hotel.

The ubication is good. The parking help us to arrive there without problem. There are some places to eat around the hotel.

Im a heavy internet user, the WIFI works really really well. I'm able to even play some games without any lag problems. The breakfast are pretty good. Room is comfortable and clean. location is convenient.

Very convenient location, close to all kinds of services. Free and secure parking. Rooms were roomy and comfortable, with fast wifi and an HDMI connection to the large flat screen so you can plug your laptop and enjoy your own streaming. Bed was comfortable. Overall a great value for the price.

The breakfast was super, I actually didn't know they had free breakfast, the room was big and comfy, I would totally recommend and will actually tell my friends to stay here if they ever come to Monterrey.

As is usually the case in Mexico, the staff was absolutely lovely, and they dealt well with my many initial questions. The room was quite large, and the bed was comfy. It was nice to be able to see Cerro de la Silla from the window in the room. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was decent.

the service at front counter and the kitchen awesome but communication telling us we didn’t have hot water was pretty bad I shower with cold water they never say nothing I didn’t like that

Pretty close to the US CAS Center. Bastante cercano al CAS de Visas de US.

I would highlight the location, the comfort in the bed and the breakfast. the staff was incredible, i got the need to move my check in to early check in and make all they can to get me inside before planned.

The hotel was exceptional = everything you would want from it. Check-in//check-out at 12 and 3 pm respectively. Nice , neat and freshly built and with an interesting design rooms (they even have usb sockets in wall plugs). Full and very diverse breakfast 7 am-- till 11 am - you have an unlimited choice between several dishes including scrambled eggs, potatoes, fruits, waffles, coffee and juice, and so on. Spacious half-empty parking for 2$ per day, convenient location - 20 min of walking to MacroPlaza and all the museums. Everyday room service, very quiet inside even though the hotel was full of people. Located on a small food/bank court with KFC, McDonalds and some local eateries//coffeeshops. Good WiFi. Computers and printers available in the lobby, as well as a small conference room and small video setup with a big tv. Nice quiet air conditioning and big beds (i'm a tall person, so i appreciate king size of beds). Two minor point for improvement = it is slippery in shower, good that we had a handle; not all receptionists speak English well, as a hotel in the centre of a huge city i think it's a must. We will be back definitely.
